From the sounds of it Washington is feel­ing a bit odd with the groups of National Guard sol­diers wan­der­ing around. Yglesias seems to think that they are wan­der­ing some­what aim­lessly. Funny how if one didn’t know bet­ter our cities often take the appear­ance of a police state at times of our great­est celebrations.
