If you’re read­ing this one on the web­site instead of an RSS reader you’ll notice that “Diversions — A blog that wan­ders” recently got a pretty heavy makeover. Here’s the rationale:

• I got too tired of look­ing at the list of things that need fix­ing for my old theme. Hopefully by mov­ing to this I’ll spend more time writ­ing and less time designing.
• WooThemes just pro­vides a really great tem­plate to work with.
• It’s a more tra­di­tional blog layout.
• I’ve got some other projects going besides this right now that are start­ing to really draw my web design time away from this blog.

I’ll cer­tainly be cus­tomiz­ing this in the com­ing days (the header image really needs to go, but I really don’t have time to make one tonight) so look for that. In the mean­time enjoy the fresh design and hope­fully it’ll lead to more reg­u­lar posts.
